Which data are processed?
Access data
When you visit our Internet pages, personal data is also processed.
In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address and other information about the browser of the end device used must be processed.
The following data is logged:
- IP address of the calling computer
- Operating system of the calling computer
- Browser version of the calling computer
- Name of the retrieved file
- Date and time of the retrieval
- Amount of data transferred
- Referring URL
The IP address is deleted after 7 days at the latest from all systems used in connection with the operation of these Internet pages. We can then no longer establish a personal reference from the remaining data. The above-mentioned personal data are processed for the purpose of ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed with our IT systems. A further purpose is the correction of errors on our website.
The legal basis for this data processing described above is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) is the operation of this website the implementation of the protection goals of confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.
Contact forms
We offer various contact forms on our website, which you can use to request information about our services, send information or make general contact. In addition to the voluntary information and your message content, we may require you to provide the following information as needed:

- eMail address
- Ev. organization
- Ev. telephone number
We need this information to process your request, address you correctly, and provide you with a response. Inquiries received via the contact form on our website are usually stored in our CRM system. The CRM system is regularly checked to see whether data can be deleted. If data is no longer required in the context of a customer or prospect relationship, or if a conflicting interest of the customer prevails, we will delete the data in question, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.
Voluntary information
If you provide data to us voluntarily, e.g. in forms, and this data is not required for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, we process this data on the basis that we assume that the processing and use of this data is in your interest.
Newsletter
So that we can inform you about current news and information by e-mail, telephone and mail, we store your e-mail address when you register until revoked, as well as the other voluntarily provided data, for example for the targeted selection of topics that are relevant to you. For security reasons, we also store your IP address and the time of registration or confirmation. The stored data will be used by us exclusively for the stated purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the news at any time. You will find a link to unsubscribe in every newsletter.
Statistical evaluations of usage data are possible via the newsletter. For this purpose, we record both the openings of the eMail and the internal clicks. This information is used to make the content of the newsletter more relevant and to measure the success of the marketing campaigns. An active transmission of this information to third parties does not take place.

Cookies are used on our Internet pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your terminal device via your browser. The cookies are necessary to enable certain functions of our Internet pages and to increase user-friendliness. On the one hand, we use session cookies, which are automatically deleted by your browser immediately after you have finished visiting the Internet pages. Reach measurement & analysis
Due to our legitimate interests, this website uses the “Google Analytics” service for the optimization and analysis of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO the service “Google Analytics”. This service uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your terminal device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield agreement.
IP anonymization takes effect on this website. The IP address of the user is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted unabbreviated to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. The user’s IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.
As part of the agreement on order processing, which we as website operator have concluded with Google Inc., the latter uses the collected information to evaluate website use and website activity and provides services associated with internet use.
The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offering by individual users, e.g. to create reports on website activity in order to improve our online offering.
You have the option – as described above under “Cookies” – to prevent cookies from being stored on your device.

Purposes of the processing of personal data
We process the aforementioned data for the operation of our website and to fulfill contractual obligations to our customers. In the case of inquiries from you outside of an active customer relationship, we process the data for the purposes of sales and advertising. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time.
Recipients of data
We do not actively pass on personal data that you provide to us to third parties. In particular, your data will not be passed on to third parties for their advertising purposes. However, we may use service providers for the operation of these web pages or for other products of ours. Here it may happen that a service provider obtains knowledge of personal data. We select our service providers carefully – especially with regard to data protection and data security – and take all measures required by data protection law for permissible data processing.

- Soomz stores company data as well as data of the person coordinating the service for the respective company. Only that information is stored which is entered into the system by the company coordinator (see GTC: “Customer”) himself.
- The following employee data is stored for each organizational unit: first name, last name, e-mail address.
Your personal rights
- You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you. You can contact us directly for information at any time.
- In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then require proof from you that you are the person you claim to be.
- Furthermore, you have a right to rectification or deletion or to restriction of processing.
